Bring
Back the Joy --- B B t J . O r g

BBtJ.Org  June / July 2005 News Letter

PoleYardGreetings to the loyal readers in our friends and family network. It's a pleasure to write this newsletter to let you know the exciting things that are happening.

As you know, we are in Central Oregon thanking God daily for the provision he is making in our lives. We are coming to know him in a deeper way as we trust Him as our Source to take care of us. It's amazing how nearly every time we go to the grocery store, the very things on the shopping list are on sale or on a temporary price reduction. We appreciate the many notes of encouragement we have received. Read more about our busy lives in Virginia's Journal at
http://www.bbtj.org/journals/vj2005Q3.html.

Mark has been working at part-time jobs. He has spent the majority of time cutting poles at Larry's M&L Enterprises pole yard (see picture) but has recently accepted a seasonal position at East Lake Resort. Both are great places for witnessing by being an example and by sharing one's story of relationship with our Creator.

VRegBoothVirginia has been working 20 hours/week at the Cascade Meadows RV Resort in the registration/security area. Ministry has taken the form of working with the La Pine Women's Connection, the local arm of Stonecroft Ministries whose mission is to equip women to share the gospel in their communities through outreach programs and group studies. She has been approved as a guide for group studies and is training to be a speaker for the outreach meetings. A group study is planned at the RV Park beginning July 18th. (Picture below of Virginia and study co-leader Sue Price taken at the June 23rd Girls' Night Out activity.)

Both of us have been exercising to aid our current dietary plan (see Book Review from Virginia on the back). We have more energy and have shed some pounds. Walking in the RV park has been a wonderful opportunity to meet “neighbors” and share our testimony. If you'd like to partner with us in ministry, please use our partnering link in the upper right corner of every web page or the reply coupon on the reverse side.

GNOThanks for sharing our lives and zeal for the Lord. May God bless you always!

Love from

Mark & Virginia Lane Bolzern

Book Review from Virginia
12 lbs later, I can say that I am happy with The Maker's Diet and plan to use the principles for the rest of my life. Author Jordan S. Rubin began investigating principles of health according to the Bible when he was near death from Chron's disease. His faith in God and change in dietary habits plus exercise and proper hygiene were the keys to his recovery. Rubin claims that many health problems could be resolved with the health principles given in the Bible. Mark and I tried this 40 day program as outlined by Rubin. Mark is down to his college weight and I am “on my way.” Read my review of The Makers' Diet at http://www.BBtJ.Org/reviews/MakersDiet.html.

Feedback from our Readers

Evelyn D: I read your online copy and diary. You can quit sending me a hard copy. Thanks for sending me hard copies in the past.

Mary S: Please keep sending me your newsletter via mail so I can pass it on to my Bible groups.

John B: Greetings in The Name of The Most High. It is so good to hear from you, and to see what God is continuing to do in both your lives. My prayers are with you constantly, and I trust that someday soon we will be able to fellowship directly in each other's presence. God bless you both. Stay focused, and keep your eyes on Jesus!
